I made a mistake in my order. Is it possible to change it?

If your order is still available at the warehouse, it may be possible to make modifications. In such cases, we encourage you to contact us promptly by our email at:

Can I combine two promotional codes?

No. Only one promotional code may be used for a single online purchase.

What is the cost of delivery?

Local Deliveries to Fort St John, Taylor and charlie Lake BC are free.

When you go to check out, all shipping rates will be calculated based on your area.

What is the delivery time for my order?

The usual delivery time is between 3-6 business days after purchase. Please allow an additional 1 to 2 days for remote regions. During promotional periods, a delivery time of 5 to 10 business days should be considered. A tracking number is associated with each order.

How can I pay for my order?

You can pay for your order with your credit card (Mastercard, Visa, Visa-Debit or AMEX), or via your PayPal account.

What are the care instructions for Rugged North products?

The care process is specific to each item. It is therefore important to carefully read the instructions on the product label to ensure optimum preservation of the product and its quality.

I have a boutique and would like to offer your brand in-store. How do I go about it?

The name of your store, The city in which it is located, The full name of the person in charge, The e-mail address of the person in charge to contact.
